NETWORK
The founder
Nicola Mazzoleni has more than 25 years of experience in fashion retail.
He opened and managed more than 100 stores in 12 countries, in city centres, shopping malls and outlet destinations of Value Retail, McArthurGlen, Percassi, Neinver, Via Outlets and ROS.
He worked with brands such as Armani, Versace, Cavalli, Trussardi, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, The North Face and Napapijri.
Key projects include the Armani outlet in Parndorf, the opening of Versace and Cavalli at Kildare Village and the Marc Jacobs store in Bicester Village.
In 2026 he founded Florentia Consulting, to bring this network and experience to stock trading and brand development.

Along the way he has built a strong network of relationships with brands, landlords, retailers and distributors in international markets.
In 2026 he founded Florentia Consulting, to bring this network and know-how to stock trading, retail development and brand growth.
